If an AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana member presents or sends in a prescription to your pharmacy:

• Use the current ID card for member information. The member ID numbers will not change.
• Use BIN # 019595 and Processor Control # 06030000 to process the claim. We do not use group numbers.
• Call PerformRx Pharmacy Services at 1-800-684-5502 if you have any questions or problems.
